Join us as we celebrate the most yang and fiery part of the seasonal cycle, looking through the lens of Chinese medicine and using movement, learning, and a deeply balancing yin practice.

Workshop includes:

Education around Summer and
Fire Element as they exist in Chinese medicine, including seasonal care tips
Asana practice highlighting specific meridians in the body
Extended savasana with acupuncture treatment & sound healing
